Supplemental Application and Fee
Those applicants with a competitive Scholastic Indicator Score will be invited to complete a supplemental application and submit a $50.00 nonrefundable fee. The supplemental application and instructions will be sent via e-mail. The e-mail with the supplemental application will indicate the deadline for submission of the application and fee. If the supplemental application and fee are NOT received by the deadline indicated in the instructions, your application will be withdrawn. Although we can not guarantee the date that supplemental applications will be sent out, we will target to send them out in early December to all competitive applicants.
