MS, PhD John G. Salsbury Endowed Chair in Veterinary Medicine Iowa State University College of Veterinary Medicine “Innate Immunomodulation to Reduce Bovine Respiratory Disease in Calves”

Dr. Jodi McGill’s research seeks to better understand the immune response to respiratory infections and develop intervention strategies to promote protective immunity in the respiratory tract. She currently studies the immune response to several viral and bacterial pathogens that cause bovine respiratory disease complex. McGill was the 2020 recipient of the Zoetis Award for Veterinary Research Excellence.

This seminar series offers opportunity for MSU College of Veterinary Medicine students, residents, and faculty to foster cross-disciplinary collaborations with experts in clinical and translational science. If you are interested in meeting with this speaker, please contact the seminar host.
