The College of Veterinary Medicine named Alan Kalter and Dr. Chris Lezotte the 2022 Philanthropists of the Year at the College’s Celebration of Generosity. Kalter and Lezotte funded two endowed professorships, focused in the areas of theriogenology and genomics. In addition, the pair established the HappyLegs Fund at the Hospital, which provides financial help for owners with dogs that require life-saving care.
