UPDATE: May 3, 2018 - Due to unexpected service delays, our vitamin analysis instrument remains offline. While we are hopeful that service will be completed and results will be released on Friday, May 4 we are currently unable to provide an accurate timeline. Like our clients, we are disappointed by the service delays we have experienced. We are committed to resolving this issue as soon as possible and appreciate your continued patience. We will provide further updates when service is complete and reports are being released.

UPDATE: May 2, 2018 - Equipment service is not yet completed. We anticipate that clients will receive all pending reports by end of day Thursday, May 3. We apologize for this further delay. Thank you for your patience.

April 27, 2018 - Due to unplanned equipment downtime, the following nutrition assays are temporarily unavailable. Our staff is actively working with our service provider to resolve the issue. Samples received during this period will be stored appropriately and can be run when the instrument is back in service. We anticipate that clients will receive results by end of day Wednesday, May 2 for all samples received by May 1. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our clients.
