The Anatomic and Surgical Pathology Section at the MSU VDL provides comprehensive diagnostic services, including post-mortem examinations (necropsy), surgical biopsy evaluation, and molecular diagnostics for companion animals, food/production animals, exotics/wildlife, and laboratory species.
We are proud to be a leader in veterinary molecular diagnostics, including immunohistochemistry, in situ hybridization, and PCR. Our pathologists are board certified by the American College of Veterinary Pathologists and have expertise in a wide variety of areas, including:
