Effective Monday, May 2 the MSU VDL will have new phone hours. Calls will be answered between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time. This change is temporary, and we hope to resume our normal service hours soon. This new schedule is due to Client Service staffing and does not impact other laboratory services or turnaround times for tests. Samples may still be dropped off beginning at 7:30 a.m. Clients dropping off samples between 5:00 and 5:30 p.m. will need to use the rear entrance. Please follow instructions posted at both the front and rear entrance.
