In July, the new MSU VDL website went live. Key features that clients rely on, such as online access to test results, are still available, but the site has a new look and feel. If you haven’t visited us online for a while, please take a few moments to see what we’ve done. If you only use our website to access test results, here are some other areas and resources you may not be aware of:
- Test Catalog - search for available tests and to get details such as turnaround time, price, specimen requirements, collection protocol, shipping requirements, and other important information for every test we offer
- Fee Schedule - an easy to print list of our complete test offerings with test code and price, organized alphabetically by laboratory section
- Submit a Sample - detailed instructions, shipping requirements for submitting specimens, and shipping solutions
- Billing and Account Services - includes an option to make an online payment
- Laboratory Sections - detailed information about each laboratory section, including information related to tests and services offered
- Client Education - guides for pet owners, past issues of Diagnostic News, and State of Michigan and federal disease resources including reportable and zoonotic disease information
