Pathobiology and Diagnostic Investigation (A603) - Provides support for the Department Chair to address areas of greatest need

Veterinary Diagnostic Laboratory (A650) - Provides support for the Director to address areas of greatest need

Veterinary Medical Center (A64) - Provides support for the hospital, including equipment purchase and repair, and teaching funds for students, interns, and residents

Veterinary Medicine Food Safety Program (A606311) - Provides support for the Director to address areas of greatest need

Veterinary Technology Program (A6000327) - Provides support for the Assistant Dean to address areas of greatest need within the program

Cancer Research for Veterinary Medicine (A60001) - Provides resources for researchers to identify better ways to diagnose and treat cancers

Veterinary Medicine Ophthalmology Fund (A613) - Supports ground-breaking work in understanding and treating diseases of the eye, in both animals and humans

Veterinary Medicine Rehabilitation Services (A6492) - Provides support for the Rehabilitation Team to improve a pet's quality of life through personalized and targeted therapy

Wildlife Fund (A610) - Supports our Zoo and Wildlife Service, which sees sick and injured wildlife with a goal to treat animals and release them back to the wild, while teaching veterinary students principles of wildlife care

Client/Pet Assistance Funds

Big Babies Fund (A606041) - Provides financial support for 1) caring for large animal young, such as foals, crias, calves, and kids, 2) training needs of students and residents to become "Big Babies" doctors

Bloom Fund for Large Animal Companions in Need (A6420) - Provides financial assistance for clients with large companion animals who have a demonstrated need and whose animal has a good prognosis for recovery

Equine Rehabilitation Fund (A60611) - Provides services, including surgery, for retired racehorses supported by CANTER and similar organizations, allowing these animals to be rehabilitated and rehomed

Fergus Fund (A607512) - Provides financial assistance for clients who have a demonstrated need and whose pet has a good prognosis for recovery

Grace Fund for Strays (A67027) - Funds for stray animals admitted to the hospital, used at the discretion of the ICU team

Happylegs Fund (A6000101) - Provides financial help for dog owners whose pets require life-saving care

Hardy Animal Trauma Fund (A6424) - Provide financial assistance to clients whose pets have suffered trauma

Hoyt Foundation Veteran’s Assistance Fund (A6404) - Provides financial assistance to clients who are military veterans for treatment of their animal

Irondog Fund (A647) - Provides support for owners who cannot afford medical or surgical care for their pet

Lucky Fund for Needy Animals (A60707) - Provides financial assistance for clients who have a demonstrated need and whose pet has a good prognosis for recovery

Oncology Treatment Support Fund (A6401) - Provides financial assistance for clients to support diagnostics and treatment for pets with cancer

Retired Police and Arson Dogs Fund (A642) - Provides for medical care and health maintenance needs for retired police / arson dogs in Ingham, Eaton, and Clinton counties

Veterinary Medicine Faculty Enrichment Fund (A6007) - Strategic funding for the Dean to strengthen the faculty of the college

Veterinary Medicine Scholarship Fund (A60004) - Provides financial assistance for DVM students who have demonstrated need

Veterinary Nursing Scholarship Fund (A6000395) - Provides financial assistance for veterinary nursing students who have demonstrated need
