AIC provides support to pre-veterinary students at three stages.

First:

• Pre-veterinary advising
• Supplemental instructor tutoring
• Animal/veterinary exposure
• VMCAS prep presentations

Second:

• Future Large Animal Medical Exposure (FLAME) Program

Third:

• Enrichment Summer Program (ESP)

Our K-16 partnerships center exposure and reciprocal learning. While students engage with new educational content and mentorship, College faculty, staff, and students will build relationships with community members to better understand their cultures, histories, and lived experiences. These exchanges will help expose new and developing youth to veterinary medicine while fostering mutual respect and strengthened trust between MSU and the communities it serves. These programs and collaborations align with MSU's land-grant mission to advance knowledge and transform lives and the College's commitment to advancing access and health equity.
