Alyssa Winslow
Alyssa Winslow is a Veterinary Nursing Program advisor who can assist students wanting to apply to the Veterinary Nursing Program. Alyssa earned two bachelor of science degrees in Zoology and Veterinary Technology from Michigan State University. Prior to teaching and advising in the Veterinary Nursing Program, she worked as a technician in several small animal primary care clinics. She has earned her master of arts in Educational Technology.
Sarah Tomasik
Sarah Tomasik is a Veterinary Nursing Program advisor who can assist students wanting to apply to the Veterinary Nursing Program. Sarah is native to Michigan and attended Michigan State University in what was then called the Veterinary Technology Program. After a few years working as a Licensed Veterinary Technologist in a local small animal clinic, she returned to the Program to assist and then moderate several courses. She began advising shortly thereafter. Sarah earned a master’s certificate in Teaching and Learning in Postsecondary Education through MSU’s Higher, Adult, and Lifelong Education (HALE) program in 2015.
