Dr. Ronan Eustace has been the Director of Animal Health at Potter Park Zoo since 2018. Potter Park Zoo is small AZA-accredited zoo located approximately 5 miles from Michigan State University College of Veterinary Medicine. The two organizations have a more than 50 year long history of scientific collaboration that has improved the veterinary care provided to the animals at Potter Park Zoo, resulted in over 40 peer-reviewed scientific publications to date, and provided countless non-traditional species learning opportunities for veterinary nursing and veterinary students, interns, and residents.
