Research Interests

Dr. Thompson’s main areas of research include neonatal diseases and passive immunity, reproduction, and validation of diagnostic tests in zoological species. Additionally, she has many research projects focusing on the care and diseases of giraffe and an interest in diseases relevant to One Health.
