BRUSH program alumni are pursing medical degrees (MD, DO, DVM); doctoral degrees (PhD) in chemistry, pharmacology, toxicology, and education policy, as well as pharmacy (PharmD); masters degrees in animal science, public health (MPH), forensic science, fisheries sciences, business administration (MBA); and law degrees (JD).

While many of the BRUSH alumni are still in training roles, career outcomes to date include physicians, veterinarians, and biomedical scientists, as well as genetics counselor, clinical trials regulatory coordinator, biological sciences high school teacher, state police forensics analyst, maternity care coordinator, county health department public health intern, Department of Natural Resources programming coordinator, native council partners biologist, and attorney.
