Research Interests

I am currently working on a research project studying the development and application of molecular techniques for the detection of M. bovis in environmental samples collected in Michigan. These molecular detection techniques should improve our ability to identify M. bovis in soil, hay, water and similar substrates and enable an accurate characterization ofthe persistence and distribution of M. bovis in farm environments.
