Microbiome, Infectious diseases, Microbial pathogenesis, Veterinary Pathology. I am currently working on a research project studying the development of tonsilar microbiome in swine from a high health status farm, using 16S rDNA sequencing and Fluorescent In Situ Hibridization (FISH).
