Almost 300 dogs have been tested for lead by the MSU Veterinary Medical Center team led by Dr. Daniel Langlois. This most recent free screening event was hosted by the Genesee County Humane Society on May 14, 2016.

Drawing Blood

Passion waits patiently while the MSU Veterinary Medical Center team draws her blood for lead testing. MSU veterinary technicians were at the Genesee County Humane Society to test dogs and cats for lead exposure in Flint. This is the sixth community lead testing event that the MSU Veterinary Medical Center has sponsored. 

Reunited

Passion is excited to be back with her mom, Cleola Griffis, after lead testing.
