COMMITMENT TO INCLUSIVITY

One of the highest priorities for the MSU College of Veterinary Medicine is to attract, recruit and retain students, interns, residents, faculty, and staff who are representative of the populations of our state, region, and country. The College embraces inclusivity.
The College's Office of Inclusivity and Strategic Partnerships is working to create a roadmap for inclusivity to guide the College for the next five years. Funding from the Health Careers Opportunity Program grant has allowed the College to establish evidence-based practice to advance inclusion initiatives. Further, our current strategic initiative has identified diverse talent as a value. Our environment supports and nurtures all people as respected individuals.
